Select again the last option and you should see a list of devices and a Have disk button. Select Update driver, then the last option. Expand display adapters and right-click on your card. If it cannot automatically install the driver, you can go in Device Manager (search for device to find the link).
Also check the box to Run as Administrator. Check the box to enable the list and select the appropriate Windows version from the list. Then right-click on the setup and select Properties, then click the Compatibility tab.
Look for X300 and download the newest possible driver (with that order: Windows 8, 7, Vista).
Since official AMD site is hard to browse when it comes to old ATI cards, you can try the unofficial ATI driver site.
